1. Acceptance of terms
By engaging StudyCrest Education Advisory Ltd (“StudyCrest”) or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
We provide education advisory support: institution matching, application preparation, offer-letter facilitation, scholarship search, pre-submission bank-statement audits, and visa documentation guidance for students applying abroad.
We act as an advisor and facilitator. Admission and visa decisions are made solely by the universities and the relevant immigration authorities.
3. No guarantee of admission or visa
We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any institution or the approval of any visa. Any success rates we publish reflect past outcomes across our client base and are not a promise of individual results. Every application is assessed on its own merits by third parties outside our control.
4. Fees and payments
Service fees are disclosed in writing before you engage us, and are separate from third-party costs such as tuition deposits, application fees, visa fees, and medical or biometric charges.
Third-party fees are paid directly to the relevant institution or authority. Refund terms, where applicable, are set out in your individual service agreement.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents. Submitting fraudulent or misleading documents can lead to visa refusal, bans, or withdrawal of an offer - and we will not support any application we believe to be dishonest.
You are responsible for meeting deadlines we communicate and for the final review of your own application before submission.
6. Third-party institutions
Universities, colleges, testing bodies, and immigration authorities operate under their own rules and timelines. StudyCrest is not responsible for their decisions, processing times, or changes to their requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StudyCrest's liability arising from our services is limited to the service fees you paid us for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for third-party costs, visa refusals, or indirect losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
